Necessity Cleaning Service (herein “we”, “us”, “our”, and “NCS”) respects the privacy of individuals in all aspects of our business operations.  We have a firm, commitment to protecting all personal information within our knowledge and under our control, and we have this Privacy Policy to demonstrate that commitment. Your personal information is only collected, used and disclosed by NCS in accordance with this Privacy Policy or otherwise as permitted by law. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any organization other than NCS and that we do not review or control the privacy and practice of any outside organizations. In the course of using the services, website, or future mobile application of NCS, you may choose to provide us with personal information including without limitation your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, fax number, security system codes, and home access code. This information will be collected and may include a history of request activities. Where practical, we will try to collect personal information directly from the person to whom the information pertains. Where necessary, we will collect personal information from other sources. We collect personal information for the following purposes: to process, schedule, coordinate, and arrange for the provision of cleaning and janitorial services by owner, NCS staff or Third Party Contractors to establish and maintain relationships with persons supplying cleaning and janitorial services to us or other products to us, purchasing cleaning and janitorial services or other products from us or otherwise purchasing or using our products and services; to provide requested and ongoing products and services; to obtain a better understanding of persons accessing our services and their requirements and preferences; to develop, enhance and/or market services; to manage and improve our business and operations; to allow you to register as a potential future mobile application user; to maintain the integrity of the website and future mobile application; and to meet legal and regulatory requirements. We will not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than that for which it was collected, except with the consent of the person or as permitted or required by law. We may disclose personal information to third parties, including: NCS owner, staff/Third Party Contractors as reasonably required to facilitate the purchase, scheduling, and performance of cleaning services to anyone who in our reasonable judgment is seeking the personal information as an agent or authorized representative of the person to whom the personal information relates.

NCS will only collect personal information for the purposes and uses described in this Privacy Policy. We will not without your express consent use your personal information for any other purposes except as may be reasonably anticipated by you having regard to the nature of our business. We will inform you of additional purposes which are not contemplated by this Privacy Policy and if necessary we will seek your consent should we desire to collect, use or disclose your personal information for such additional purposes or uses.

NCS endeavours to maintain physical, technical and procedural safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in question.
