What products do you use?
We typically supply cleaning products, however, if you have something you’d like us to use we are more than happy to do that. Just let us know before we start where we can find it and ensure there is plenty on hand so we don’t run out.
Do you bring your own vacuum?
Yes. We use Oreck brand vacuums.
Will you come on a weekend?
We don’t typically work on the weekend, however, special requests are always considered. Just ask.
We have a dog/cat. Is that a problem?
Of course not! We love animals and have never had any issues.
Can you provide references?

Will I get the same cleaning staff every time?
We do our utmost to minimize change of staff, however, just like any other business, our staff may change occasionally. We know our regular clients are sensitive to this and do our best to ensure you have the same staff cleaning your home. New staff receive training before being sent into a home or business. During their first weeks in the field we work closely with them to ensure they are following the existing cleaning regimen and adhering to our quality standards. We also do periodic post-clean follow-ups with our clients, especially in the case where we have sent a new technician to your home or business.
